copa

COPA - AI Parliament

COPA’s project, AI Parliament, reimagines civic engagement through an AI-powered simulation of parliamentary life. Built on COPA’s expertise in Agentic RAG and simulation, it brings political systems to life with AI digital twins of real political entities, making democratic processes more transparent, interactive, and accessible to the public.

By turning complex political systems into an open, participatory experience, AI Parliament serves as a powerful tool for civic education, helping citizens understand how governance works and how their engagement shapes collective decision-making.
It reflects COPA’s broader vision to transform political data into tools that inform, engage, and empower.

COPA-AI PARLIAMENT - ARMENIA

lingvalexa

Anna Vyshniakova

LingvaLexa builds practical tools for tracking and analyzing Russian-language media to help document disinformation, hate speech, and incitement.

Through its Russian Media Observatory, they systematically collect content from across the Russian media ecosystem, stores it securely, and classifies it using both AI and human review.

Their system flags potentially criminal expressions and harmful narratives, helping investigators, journalists, and researchers trace how propaganda spreads and how violence and hatred are justified online. By turning large volumes of media content into structured, searchable evidence, LingvaLexa supports real-world investigations and accountability work.

sec-ta

Viktor Yakymovych

Sec-TA is a Ukrainian cybersecurity company reinforcing digital sovereignty and institutional trust. Its compliance-automation platform enables public institutions across 1/4 of Ukraine’s regions — including the Kyiv and Lviv regional administrations — to maintain transparent, resilient, and accountable digital governance.

Operating under constant hybrid pressure, Sec-TA strengthens democratic processes by protecting critical administrative systems from cyber disruption and attempts by authoritarian regimes to erode transparency.

Through full-cycle cybersecurity ecosystem and integrity-driven infrastructure, Sec-TA supports a nation defending its democratic future in real time.

SEC-TA - UKRAINE

ETAN

Dea Bakashvili

This project is building a digital skills and opportunity platform for Georgian youth who are being pushed out of civic and educational space by new political restrictions.

It uses a digital ID–based marketplace to help young people build market-relevant skills and connect directly with global universities, peers, and companies looking for early talent and credible SDG/CSR impact, countering exclusion from the Foreign Agents law and education reforms.

The platform is designed as a non–state-controlled channel, giving urban and rural youth access to cross-border learning, early-career work, and networks they would otherwise be excluded from. By linking skills development directly to real opportunities and local engagement, the project supports youth participation in accountable municipal decision-making and strengthens democratic inclusion from the ground up.

EARLY TALENT ACCESS NETWORK (ETAN) - GEORGIA

foi

Giorgi Lubaretsi

FOI Security's RPG-like cybersecurity game transforms abstract privacy concepts into interactive scenarios where players experience real-world digital threats and see how their security choices directly impact what attackers can access and at what cost.

Rather than learning technical jargon, players build intuition through hands-on gameplay that demonstrates concrete consequences of encryption, password strength, and privacy settings. The game serves as an engaging, multilingual gateway to FOI Security's ecosystem—converting the text-heavy guide into accessible education that funnels users toward the full GUI apps and tools, with free personal use and paid organizational licensing.
